Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island included in the photographs.
Additionally featured in this new document disclosure seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the substantial island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is covered in notations in red and features a key identifying various sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other property layouts and construction drawings, such as plans for boat shelters.
More materials disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
